There aint no better proof in basketball that you are clutch, more than Kobe Bryant passing you the ball for a buzzer beater, if that dont prove that Horry was valuable in the clutch then nothing will make the nay sayers believe🧠

Sheed...an intense and intelligent player who played by his own rules. He was among the first bigs to shoot the three in high volume. Skilled and versatile on both sides of the ball. But what I loved most about his game was when he played in the post. He was virtually unguardable. Watch his matchups with Tim Duncan. Anyone who got to see those was given a gift. He was with KG at the end of his career and when we saw those flickers of his former self in those games, seeing those two in the same uniform was exhilarating as a fan.

All my 2k games I always had 'Sheed and Garnet ...my two Favorite players...to see them team in Boston...was pure joy. wish they could have both got chip 2 in Beantown together. (Plus 'Sheed is a Wu-Tang head). Ball Don't Lie!

Wallace had hops,range from behind the line and one the most undefendable fade aways down on the block.. Also had the most "T's" in a season of any player in NBA history I believe passing Barkley.. Great player

Big shot bob has to be top 5 greatest clutch players ever. Game on the line he’s always showed up. All of these were finals or conference finals performances while his team was down with seconds left of some of those games!

Robert almost had another one when he was with the Lakers, going against Spurs in the playoffs. That ball rattled as if it was going to go in, but bounced out.

I still remember exactly where I was when that last shot was taken. I couldn't believe the ball bounced out to him. Such an open three. Easy striper. However my memory is of them being on the opposite side of the court. I believe the video has been flipped.

I still remember Horry's one miss being a Spurs fan, he missed at the end of game 5 against SA and it was dead on target but popped out. CLUTCH he definitely was.

Wallace was the only guy who could defend both Garnet and Duncan. 2000 Blazers would ruin today’s NBA. Wallace, Sabonis, Pippen, Anthony, Smith. All were incredible ball handlers and efficient scorers.

Horry is the bench player with most championship rings. He is humble enough to take the backseat yet he always deliver specially on crucial moments a.k.a the secret weapon.
@Amick446 ай бұрын
Actually he started most of the time. Probably cause he was never a top (offensive) guy on his teams, it's easy to think of him off the bench.

I remember the last one when Shaq said "one big shot deserves another"
@aaronlobliner74027 ай бұрын
Man, thanks for posting this. I loved that Shaq-Kobe 3 peat lakers, but Robert Horry was the hidden gem of that team. What I love, that is this mistake every team Horry played against made, they focused their defenses on the known stars (Shaq, Kobe, Duncan, Hakeem, etc), but you see this "oh no!" moment when they get the ball to Horry, he does that kickstand shooting motion, and he is able to get the shot off without a hand in his face, and the ball is in the air. The opposing team knows they are f*cked, but they are hoping divine intervention is coming, but it doesn't. That man was solid gold in clutch moments.

How great is Robert "Big Shot Bob" Horry? Look at all the absolute superstars who never hesitated to give him the ball when the game was on the line.
