This mix totally justified me buying Single CDs! Oh man, I had a box of 2 12’s in the back seat of my beater and just made time slow way down and breathed existentially with the windows rolled down. Yeah, rolled, by the handle, not the button. This song left a trail of rust droppings on the road.

BTW As beautiful as this song is, to crown K.D.Lang as the greatest female vocalist is blasphemous! There was a woman named Aretha Franklin that wasn’t bad. In fact if she covered a song it was hers. Asked Carole King, Otis Redding, and others. I’m going to listen to Wash Me Clean 10 times in a row but pump the brakes on the G.O.A.T. claims

Maybe it’s me but I have owned this CD for decades and never appreciated how beautiful this song is until I dusted off my disc and really took the time to listen. The word swoon perfectly describes the feeling I was left with. Great song with perfect delivery.

I’m reminded that I need to watch Salmonberries again as I last saw this in the 80s. The music is so haunting and one of the most underrated songs kd has ever written. It’s time to rerelease it @kdlang

That's the biggest regret I Have : not being able to attend an INGENUE Concert ....Because I Discovered Constant Craving on the French musical channel...some days before the Paris Concert at the Olympia, in june 93 & when I heard her voice, it was just the tone I love...(I was listening to singers like Rita Coolidge & Jennifer Warnes in my teenage years) So, even if I wasn't too far away from Paris, it was probably too late....& sold out.... 😪
