🤨Wouldn’t exactly call this “racing” a DRZ. Enough for anyone watching as well. Primarily, the bike’s gearing is waaaay too tall for this course. Don’t think I ever heard you get out of 1st gear the entire time.

@OhioEnduroАй бұрын
@crunch_amp9282 I do, and I do like it a lot. I've rode other bikes but the k4 is mild when I want it to be and puts power down when I need it to. It's got decent suspension for being stock, and it isn't really heavy for a 4-stroke.

hey man you did a good effort I come from MX and man racing in the woods is totally different than the track when I was younger. Im running the d606 on the back and honestly its doing well in the mud. I threw some ultra light rim locks and regular tubes in there and went for 13 to 15 psi max. Gets good pickup in the mud. I struggle too but just give it a lot of practice and keep those elbows up.

I looked close at a k2 230 at a dealer and the build quality sucks. The k6 looks ok, but I am choosing to stay away. I looked at Yamaha and Kawasaki bikes and the ones made in Indonesia or Thailand do not compare to the ones made in Japan, not even close. Old school Japan bikes or new Japan bikes are the way to go. Not saying you can't have fun on these China bikes, but for how long is the question. I would break a k2 in half pretty quick, that's for sure. The damaged wheel thing I see a lot on these China bikes. I have been riding for 30 years, and I've never damaged a DID or Excel wheel. Just saying. To each his own I suppose.
@offroadaddict2822Ай бұрын
I hate to be the bearer of reality bud but if you’ve spent 30 years ripping and haven’t bent or cracked a did or excel rim than you don’t ride nearly hard enough to break one of these Kayo frames. I’m only 21 myself and I’ve bent 3 sets of did rims just doing hard enduro up untouched valleys an the excel on my 125 currently needs replaced in the front due to me beating it off rocks I suppose can’t really say what put all the dings in this rim I’ve been fairly gentle on this bike

You can't that's the trouble with these Knox off bikes is parts. That's why in every video you never see anyone list a web site for parts. They say the dealership can get them maybe in 6 - 8 months if then it is a dice roll.

Me and a friend were just out there Sunday from around noon to 5:30 or so. i was on a drz400 and he brought his tw200. Being our first time, we mostly just did the marked trails over on the parking lot side. Then wound up lost for awhile after following a group of guys off to a little hill climb. We had tons of fun but I feel like there was so much more to explore we just didn't know where to go. We're only about an hour away. Ps if there's a Facebook page or something where you guys organize group rides, let me know! we'd love to join you one day

Honestly I've just done creature comforts to the bike. New handle bars, protaper risers, protaper rear sprocket, protaper foot pegs, tusk shifter and tusk rear brake lever, new gripper seat cover, tug straps and soft compound tires. The motor is 100% stock I'm trying to not mess with the motor until I have to. It's a solid bike all around. It's hard to find parts for the kayo. But I do know whygostock.com carries a bunch of oem parts for kayo. If I go to part stores I'll take the part I need and find the closest thing to it
