Lee, I listen to your channel daily and am a kikuyu who happened to listen to Gachagua full interview this evening which was conducted in kikuyu. How I wish he could speak in Swahili but unfortunately his wisdom to speak first at home and make the home understand his wamunyoro activities was important because without the blessing of the mountain he is going nowhere. That interview was to show respect to his home base. Secondly and most importantly he mentioned the reason he postponed to reveal the party is because of overwhelming support and ideas from outside the mountain that made him to pause and welcome the views of other Kenyans who want him to represent and engage his views. He said this caught him by surprise, he thought it was just a mountain affair until the whole country trooped to his home asking for some engagement. He made the date for party reveal to be on the month of May this year which he says it will be a nationwide party and not a regional party. He mentioned he has commitments from the mountain, mulembe nation, kisii, masssai, kalenjin, mijikenda and he is engaging more for positions and roles in the new party.
