Tired of the hype already. I don't care how many followers she has for her 7's and dancing exploit's etc, she is unproven in 15's rugby and even talking about pushing proven talents aside for her is disrespectful to not only those players but to the English game as a whole. It's poor, unthought-out, short-termism.

I think it's because of the lack of experience. Womens rugby has come on leaps and bounds in the last 8 years, but coaching requires some more experience. These amazingly talented players coming through who are getting all this experience will be great candidates in the future. Co-coaching helps people be exposed to the highest levels, with some and experience. Yes we could all do more, but we have to be realistic. No team will sacrifice a good coach for one who's still developing.

Don’t think any player should be pushed aside by a unproven player just because they are a media sensation. It’s like the South American football club playing a media ahole which ended up a disaster. It’s makes a mockery of the professional women’s game here in England. As soon as she leaves England’s shores, her media followers will depart too.

This is an important conversation, we South African men have mothers, sisters, and daughters who we need to respect, stimulate and motivate. Particularly in South Africa where we have poverty and misogyny. Thanks guys

For the rugby history buffs. The Ulster Schools Cup in Ireland is the earliest schoolboy rugby tournament played in 1876 .The first recorded rugby match played by a South African college was between St Andrew's College and the Public School (now Graeme College) on April 13, 1878. The first college rugby game in New Zealand was played on May 14, 1870, between Nelson College and the Nelson Football Club.

I think we should all have the same expectation of female refs as we do for males. Clear communication. Thorough understanding of the rules. Consistent with ruling for both sides and an ability to not let the crowd become part of the equation . Judging from the WXV competition held in NZ , there is a long way to go yet for a many of the female Refs. Increased exposure and experience will grow them as Refs. Guidance from Refs like Nigel Owens wouldn't go astray.

Sorry but Bongi did nothing wrong, your silly attempt at girl bossing was sad then and is still sad now. If you're looking for male validation then perhaps men's rugby isn't for you.

This is the second video I have watched on your channel. I quite enjoy watching women's rugby, and I have enjoyed watching women ref men's games....so, very lekker. Making a general comment like that carries no weight. Cite examples of errors over her career as a referee. WR would not keep employing her as a referee if she was "abysmal"

Nee man gaan speel tennis of golf.
