Hello from Brisbane Australia🇦🇺 I love your videos you have a very good eye for photography. At the moment I am trying to choose what prime focal length I should buy for my next trip to Japan, so I REALLY appreciate how you put the focal length on each shot Thank you🙏🙏

I took the photo just as the sun was rising, so it must have been around 6am☀️This spot is a very popular tourist spot, and there are a lot of tourists during the day, so it seems like it's hard to walk💦

Nice photos! I really want to get back to Taiwan, but airfare is pretty expensive right now.
@freedom-man.photographerАй бұрын
Thank you for your comment (*^_^*) It's true that airfares have become a lot more expensive now than they used to be💦 Japan is not that far from Taiwan, so you can get a relatively cheap flight. But, for example, if you go from Japan to America or Japan to Europe, it's about 1.5 times more expensive than it used to be (T_T)

What a great video! Look at all those cats. While I'm not a cat lover by default, I really like that there's a whole village devoted to them. What a great project to capture all of them like that.

Thank you for your comment 😊 It's no exaggeration to say that this is a village made for cats, it's a spot filled with cats 😸 Next time, I'd like to go and take pictures of various animals, not just cats 😚📸

The whole video has a deep element of mindfulness about it - photos are excellent if you had a photobook I would most likely put in an order for one - I do enjoy the tones of the photos and the framing - it is very well done and again has a real peaceful vibe.

Great photos, very film like. Were these SOOC or did you use a preset? I am asking because I own a Fuji camera but my photos never look so film like.
@freedom-man.photographer2 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment. I use film simulation! Then I adjust the shadows, highlights, and peripheral light in Lightroom. Adjusting in Lightroom is the key to developing photos that look like film📷 For now, the easiest way to create a film-like photo is to adjust the Lightroom highlight and shadow adjustment graph so that it becomes an "S" shape. Then, add green to the shadows. With this, I think you can create a film-like photo for now😃

I am debating between the xf 16-55 and the tamron 17-50. I have an xt3. What are you guys thoughts? The pros for the xf is the IQ, pros for tamron is the stabilization and the longer focal length.
@freedom-man.photographer3 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment 😊 Your question is extremely difficult 🤨 I have never actually used a Tamron lens. So, it is very difficult for me to make an accurate comparison... But I think the appeal of the xf is its compatibility with the camera body. Because it is designed to fit perfectly with Fujifilm cameras, you can experience the "accuracy of the autofocus" and the "high image quality of the lens, which is the product of all of Fujifilm's research." In addition to the advantages of the xf, I will also explain the disadvantages that I feel. The disadvantage of the xf is its weight. It is probably heavier and larger than the Tamron lens. Therefore, it is less mobile than the Tamron! In other words, I think it is a perfect lens in every respect except for the weight issue. By the way, the lenses I'm personally interested in are those made by SIGMA. SIGMA sells a wide range of lenses for FUJIFILM, from zoom lenses to prime lenses. I also had the opportunity to try out a SIGMA lens at a camera shop, and was amazed at the high level of image quality and the beauty of the photos. I've personally decided that the next lens I buy will be a SIGMA prime lens 🥰 That's all my advice! I hope it will be helpful to you!

Thank you for your comment 😊 I think this video was probably filmed around April 3, 2024! If you want to visit Japan during the cherry blossom season, I recommend that you check the "cherry blossom blooming period" on the Internet in advance and plan your visit to Japan. Because the cherry blossom blooming period varies every year. This year, the cherry blossoms bloomed later than usual, and it was reported in the news that many foreign tourists were confused.
