Relativism, means each person has the right to do what he wanted. Corruption depends on the meaning you give. Relativist will always defend Corrupt practices, for them if it benefits you then there's is nothing wrong. This view doesn't consider the implications of any action on others,. Eg A minister can earn 8000 million, but can still blame the government why the power die in poverty. Otafiira view is right, balance and human, get corrupt, people, provide evidence, prosecute them in court. Amin was bad, yet during his time Corruption was equal to death penalty. The first five years of nrm 1968 to 1990 was characterized by firing squad for theives and robbers and individual bandits soldiers who loot citizens. Now Corruption is too free from Paliamentary to lc1

Who is Andrew Mwenda, a journalist, or a cada. All we know is that he no longer makes noise in Rwanda, as Kagame no longer wants his propaganda. He is not an objective man is you analyse his talk.

Our Independence is about celebrating the hard works of the Her Majesty the Queen of UK, Prime Minister Milton obote, and President and King of Buganda William Walugembe Mutebi and the Chief Military officer then Eid Amin. Our history remains unchanged.

Brilliant speech from Prof. Lumumba. However, Obote laid a rotten foundation which has doomed Uganda to political instability and brutality perhaps for the next 100 years. He laid the foundation of using the military to settle political disagreements and changing the constitution to suit the incumbent leader's whims. That mistake - which he made in 1966 - sowed the seeds of the 1971 coup, the subsequent civil wars and the brutalization of political opponents using security services which still plagues Uganda today.
