just ran across this video ... have been doing Civil War living history since 1964 when I was a drummer boy ... 73 now ... I must say the pictures of the camp sites were outstanding , you just do not see that detailed authenticity much these days ... the pic of the Confederate company took my breath away ... the impressions were outstanding , it is hard to find men who will down that hard road to really look perfect ... everything about that living history event was FIVE STAR AAA+++ ... I am from Milwaukee , WI my units were the 41st Virginia and the 8th Wisconsin ... my hat is off to you all ... take care and be well , Michael

I appreciate all the reenactment work. But can’t reason as to why anyone want to pay tribute to any war, @70 years old. A Hunter and outdoors guy And not some liberal commie bastard maybe I’ve just seen to much

Reminds of of doing the work for a dozen Broadway plays in exchange for a trip around a Go-Kart Track that is located by a crowded beach during peak season. imo. GL. To each her/his/they own. #Freedom #Peace

Great video! And its real nice to see that they have done a lot restoration work to the redoubt The last time I was at Blakeley was in 2007 with my college ROTC unit doing training at the park.
