I have also been trying to do a more high protein breakfast and lately I’ve been doing overnight oats but instead of protein powder I use a fair life chocolate protein shake as the liquid! And then I also add chia seeds and pb fit for extra protein! It’s really good!!

I work as a dialysis technician. I make $26 and I can barely pay bills . I desire to work as a medical assistant because I need a better schedule to be able to sleep well and study BUT how will I pay my bills . Dialysis is from 4am to 3pm . 3 days a week and so at least I can have the other days off to study . I really want to take the pre requisites to apply for PA school . What would you suggest?

Congratulations on graduating! I still remember when we were in grad school around the same time so it was relatable! l🥲 I hope you continue making vids especially since you enjoy it! During pregnancy I learned so much from OBGYNs and nurses that posted videos. There is also a neurosurgeon (Dr Grunch recently started a podcast too) that posts vids. Have you considered maybe shortening your name off your channel? Maybe changing it to Peyton's Life or something like that so it is at least harder to find?

What I can say from being a new grad NP who had 5 weeks off before her first job: enjoy that time off! I’ve loved my new role, but I’m drowning and still working on time management (wrapping up my 6th week), and I bring home at least one chart a day, sometimes four 😭 I totally miss my lazy time off

You don't need to empty cloths draws just take them out with your cloths in and put clingfilm all around them ,then when you get to your new home just take off the cling film and slide uour draws back in

I just started my clinical year of PA school and your channel was SO important in motivating and inspiring me through some of the toughest moments of didactic year. I would be so sad to see your channel go away! Overall, I would say that you are extremely professional - even on your KZbin channel!! In 2024, social media is everything and I feel like you should not have to give up your hobby to seem "professional". However, you have to take care of yourself and if you feel negatively affected by being online and being a provider, then it's a no brainer to remove it! Thank you so much for sharing with us. <3

I was a health coach for 4 years and never thought I was smart enough/confident enough to pursue medicine, but your videos gave me such a real glimpse at what it might be like which gave me the confidence to give it a shot. It lit a huge fire under my butt, I smashed out 11 science pre-reqs in 5 months while working full time and applied last year never expecting to get in on my first cycle.
