Indeed, both share the focus on the mindset shifting. But coaching is oriented in future action plans, instead of repairing the past.

好問題!我自己都沒意識到影片裡面有外商慣用語,忘了該翻譯一下。那個部分提到的詞是 country deck, business deck,意思是說,對於在 local 市場工作的人,面對第一次來當地開會的國外老闆,要先從介紹當地市場樣貌開始,不要一下就栽進生意面分析。Deck 是船甲板的意思,泛指一層層疊起來的東西,例如一大疊紙可以說 a deck。所以 deck 在準備開會這個情境中,指的是「有很多頁的大型 PPT」。舉例來說,小事情老闆會請你準備 a few slides,大會議就要準備一個完整的 deck 了。希望這樣解釋得夠清楚 :)
