One thing to consider is the quality of the natural light coming in/direction the windows face. It will alter the effect of the light you are adding.

It’s called the Ainsley sofa from Macy’s but unfortunately they don’t sell it anymore

Wow, nice! The dark colored walls juxtaposed against the large art work, the brass lamps. Where did you get that coffee table? The walls have a dark forest green tint? The wall paper adds whimsy. This oozes class. Nicely done and tasteful. I love it! I watched it about five times to take in the detail.

Thank you so much! Coffee table is from Anthropologie. The walls have a very, very subtle blue-like tint during certain times of the day.

Love the music space! I didn’t see the link below for the record player, but would love to know which you got at Target. I’m in the market for one that encloses the record.

Tom Ford books on every cofffee table - MISTAKE, Generic at this point
@jennadmorrow23 күн бұрын
Hey, thanks for watching. Normally I don't reply to these comments about coffee table books but I keep seeing them online so I figured I'd reply. When it comes to design, a room should always contain elements that demonstrate the homeowner's interest. A coffee table book is usually one of those elements. Someone choosing what subject/topic their coffee table book is isn't a design mistake or flaw. It's simply their interest. So while I appreciate your thoughts, someone adding what they genuinely like to their space is not a design mistake.

My MS Warrior Sister! What was it you did before this? Because you were BORN for this! Not just in the realm of interior design, but also speaking/KZbin, teaching... because you truly broke it down so anyone can understand. I love your energy and your channel is so refreshing. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. As far as styles, I used to call myself BohoEthnicEclectic. I had bright, bold colors, African-inspired pieces, plants, and prints. As I've gotten older, I find I am into more of a modern and neutral style, but still with some ethnic and (sparingly) some boho and farmhouse. My family loves how I redecorated our home with black, white, and a few gold accents. I still have African masks and statues, but my rooms aren't centered around them like they used to be. I love that I have a mix, so I didn't have to completely give up one style for another. I honestly love pretty much all styles. But I do stay away from "country" and glam.😆

Oh my gosh you are too good to me, thank you so much! I worked in marketing and social media for a big corporation before this so I was behind the scenes. I actually feared being in front of the camera so I loved the job, lol. I love a mix when it comes to furniture and decor--your aesthetic sounds beautiful. Neutral with colors infused by way of decor. If you're ever open to sharing pictures, I would love to see: [email protected].

Too big right? It could be framed horizontally at least. To elongate the wall and line up better with the sofa. That framework does look odd like that ( to me).
