Will, Only 10 min in your video, and I am so loving it. Feeling a lot what you said about looking up to people doing hard things and to think to myself that I have to push really hard as well to have a fulfilling life. I mean yes, not that you shouldn’t in some ways, but like you said, it’s okay to have a more ‚normal‘, ‚slow’ life, and we don’t have to be busy and stressed all the time to be cool and interesting.. slowly learning that as well, I’m in my mid twenties and not sure what to do after my bachelor now. But I am so happy to have the privilege to have the time to reflect on all that, and that I don’t have to huzzle because of financial reasons. Step by step and we got this 🌟 Sending lots of love, so great that the medication is so helpful for you :)

Leaving London was SO scary for me, but we left for similar reasons and honestly, my mental health is so much better for it. I'd built my entire identity around being a Londoner. You're so right about creative friends, they're the freaking BEST but they (and me) are not always able to be consistent and when you're going through it anxiety wise...you need that consistency. Also, well done on getting medication, it's a hard thing to do but it's the best thing I did for my own anxiety. Also, can we talk about the PEACE of these MOUNTAINS. Wow.

I’m several decades older than you, but I can definitely relate to the “so many good friends but they’re not actually around” thing, and I have battled anxiety and depression for a long time now, though mine developed later in life. Also in the middle of a big change because I want to be closer to family, and the career I used to love is just not what it used to be. But big decisions are scary. I hope yours works out well for you.
