there is ton's of diversity in SF. So basically, diversity means black people to people like you. the fact that there are 40 different ethnicities is irrelevant its all about you. just sad. why don't you give some stats? not many blacks in Oakland. easily craziest thing i've ever heard.
@TheCCBoi5 ай бұрын
If you consider that 88% of San Francisco is white or asian (51% white, 37% asian - the statistics are from “The San Francisco Standard”)- then no, it’s not a diverse city. It’s not just how many ethnicities you have, the quantity matters to.
@dfage335 ай бұрын
@@TheCCBoi so white and asian are the same? and chinese and vietnamese and filipinos are the same? like i said, like a lot of black americans, i'm black, too, you are biased and disrespectful of others and think only black people matter.
@dfage335 ай бұрын
and the bay area is one place really. SF city is a giant downtown area basically. when you include the east bay, then yes, there are a lot of black people here too. maybe you've never been to the parts of oakland and richmond we live in. or e palo alto or hunters point, or vallejo? not to mention the huge number of mexicans in the south bay.

If you are mixed with black African and white European you're a mulatto. You're not a "light skin" black. Or a "mixed" black person. Stop the foolishness please. If you have two parents of a different race, specifically black and white, than you are mulatto. You're not black, and you're not white. So when you identify with only one side that's mentally unhealthy, and amoral. Im begging you people, please stop claiming you're just black. Notice i didnt say stop claiming your just white. Because we have a serious problem with most people in this country who are by definition and genetics mulatto but they are black identified, or only claim and take pride in the black side. Please stop looking for validation and acceptance from black people. Be yourself and stop trying to identify with a group of people that push conspiracies about how you're a problem, and project their insecurities and jealousy onto you. They push conspiracy theories about your mixed ass in these pro black Afrocentric spaces. The dark skin black men hate mulatto, and light skin men but they want our women. And the dark skin black women want the dark skin black men who prefer lighter skin women. Stop playing their game. You mulatto women, light skin women, mixed women know what's up stop playing their game. You mulatto, and mixed women really need to stop chasing after dark skin black men. I see too many mulatto women, and very light addmixed black women always creating content on social media worshiping dark skin black dudes all the time. They sit online and drag light skin men, and mulatto men while they put on a pedestal dark skin black men. This is absolutely evil. Like they're fetishizing over these dark skin black men who usually just run through them and turn them into baby mothers just like they do with their own dark skin black women. For the most part they just create bastard children out of wedlock and broken homes and that's what you're romanticizing over? Every time I see a mulatto woman, or an addmixed very light skinned black woman dissing us mulatto and light skin men in front of the world on the internet to worship dark skin men they usually end up with a very toxic dark skin black street dude. Who they eventually have to break up with and have to put on child support. And I laugh at these women. You don't see us mulatto and light skin men dissing you mulatto and light skin chicks while worshiping dark skin black women. You don't see us doing that.

As a mixed black woman myself, I can definitely relate to HATING being told I have "good hair". I've been told this before and don't get me wrong, I love my natural hair texture. However, when people say things like that it gives off the energy that you think because I have a looser hair texture it's more beautiful than tighter and kinkier hair. I personally believe that all hair textures from 1a all the way to 4c are beautiful and everyone deserves to feel beautiful. As for the "mixed people aren't black" situation, my personal opinion is if you are biracial half of your ancestry is black, you are allowed to call yourself black. It is not "black erasure" it would actually be black erasure to say you can't be black if you aren't 100% black because ancestrally, NO ONE IS. Race is a social construct that is not based on DNA whatsoever. Plus there is no one way for a monoracial or biracial black person to look. There are biracial black people who as the woman in the video said, you could barely tell they are biracial unless you ask or they explicitly tell you and in the same breath there are "monoracial" black people who some would argue look biracial or even white in some cases. That's exactly where "white passing" stems from. Because it's genetically possible for a monoracial black person to look almost white and vice versa due to the fact that genetics aren't always gonna be the same every time and even black people who are considered monoracial have ancestors of other races (especially white) somewhere in their bloodline. It's cool if you don't "agree" with someone's racial identity, but it is not ok to tell someone deliberately what race they are based on your perception because at the end of the day only THEY know their ancestry.

No woman is a feminist. I really wish Black folks would get away with throwing rigid theoretical labels on ourselves, because a true feminist wouls recognize that chivalry is a byproduct of patriarchy. In actuality, historically patriarchy isn't a monolithic broad stroke of women's oppression that academia has depicted it as. Just say you want access to equal pay for doing the same work, but enjoy the perks of patriarchy lol. I also find it interesting how colorism dynamics can impact our dating life. A lot of mixed and lighter skin women seek out Black men in order to stress their importance on identifying as Black, while darker skin Black women are sometimes looked over due to colorism in the Black community and proceed to go after men in other communities.

Native Black Houstonian, who has always done well with Cali sisters from LA to the Bay and even Diego. I think it's partly due to the Black population declining in Cali and the fact that you see a lot of brothers dating Latinos and Asians out there. When I go to Cali it's almost as if Black women are surprised that a Black man wants to talk to them.

Good day... when you say there no such thing as black culture is offensive because even in it's many there is just like how your other side has many different cultures. When people tell your not black its not a lie even with your darker sink you still surely have another hole side. And for you to say it's because you talk a certain or didn't grow in certain place shows how far removed you are. Your not black and that's ok because you are in fact mixed and it's not cruel

About the copying thing- I personally don’t think that it means you are jealous or not jealous. If someone is jealous I don’t think they would copy because they secretly don’t like you and wouldn’t want to be so obvious in becoming you. It would hurt them too much. On the flip side if someone was jealous of you, I don’t think they would care if you copied them, because it would make them feel better- like she copies me, she wants to be like me, ha. It’s flattery when someone copies you. So I really don’t think that has anything to do with jealousy either way. I think it is a personality thing. I wouldn’t care if someone copied me because that is a compliment but if I got an idea from someone else I would tell them because it’s my way of giving them a compliment.
@ldawson1383 Жыл бұрын
I have had a jealous friend that copied everything I did- even my interests- they hate you because deep down they want to be you or have what you have and feel that they can obtain your life by copying you - when you experience this it's not flattering- it feels like identity theft and weird!!!
