Hey! Thanks for your reply. I also see that they always use the combo, but they are still 2 standalone products. I'm interested in those results as well. I haven't used carpro clarify yet. I used several different products before but never really tested them. I got the glaco to try out now for myself and to use for my customers as this one should have quite a long lifespan. I'm currently experimenting a bit with spray sealants and coatings (Hydro2 and beadmaker) but as they are polymer and silicone based they are quite "sticky" also to the windshield wipers, which makes them skip. But thats the main difference I think that we need in paint and glass coatings, the hardness/toughness of the coating (therefor hydro2 and beadmaker are not really suitable). And as i'm not using the products properly I didnt really make a video about those. Carpro clarify seemed more like a top-up than a standalone coating, without a life expectancy and being able to use on existing coatings. Thats why I looked at a different brand, I would love to try flybyforte, but glass and ceramic coatings I don't feel comfortable installing now as I cannot let them cure safely. Hopefully, next year in the garage ^^

A lot happend and I switchen cars a while ago but it held up great 👍 Easier to maintain and clean as well (it's less "rubbery" if that makes sense).

Thanks! That's great feedback already. I still want to replicate some carbon ceramic material for the brakes eventually. This was my first project after some courses. There is just soooo much stuff to learn ^^ It's fun but daunting some times. Can I see your work somewhere, I would love to see it! :D I'll definitely take your feedback with me into my next projects (I also feel like I still struggle to apply the ideas or texture in my head into the proper blender shaders and nodes).

I was trying to be like him many years ago but he is just too too good. Almost flawless visuals! I don't have any examples online but I'm happy to show you some via discord or something? Yours are actually better than mine to be honest. i never got to making videos, I only did still shots. But because I done it a lot, and now I've moved onto Interior design, i still have a good eye for these things and know what to look for which separates the "very realistic", from the "really good" let me know if you want to have a chat on discord and i can show you my work and give you some feedback etc... :)

Hey, this is a tough one to answer yes and no for now. On the front and one side I have some wrinkles popping up on the rubber (looks bad), the other side and rear looks fine. I Still haven't found the reason yet, maybe the surface wasn't clean enough, maybe I didn't heat or stretch the material enough in some places For the front I think wrapping around the edge wasn't the best idea. I wanted to make a follow-up video but haven't gotten to that yet unfortunately.
