You guys can't deceive everybody. The video is partial, The FX out performs most German machines let alone Rav4. It's even an insult to FX comparing it with a baby like Rav4.

Transmission doesn’t matter. Rear dif locker only applies to 4wd Rav. If you have fwd, this wouldn’t help you

what a partial challenge, first off rav4 can't beat an infinity in terms of off road, cause they are built different with totally different capability and horsepower, the infinity traction control is off, wasn't given enough gas, and no much momentum unlike the rav4 which was given enough gas, also when the infinity got to the pick, they stopped it and put it in rivers unlike the rav4 which went all the way, what a partial challenge.

Yea, the infiniti you need to let it keep spinning the wheels until the slow to react traction control finally kicks in. I know because I live on a terrible dirt road hill 😅. If only they came standard with a LSD and not an open diff

That was By far the best RAV4 Generation. Lots of Ground Clearance. No cutting awd at 60mph. It was small and nibble. Perfect for off roading.

Hi when you use this locker is necessary tourn off esp? My rav 2008 don't have button for tourn off traction control!

To turn traction off - turm off your car (handbrake need to be released). Turn on than - 1. With handbrake on, pump brake pedal twice (then release handbrake) - 2.Hold down brake pedal, pump handbrake twice (then release brake pedal) - 3. With handbrake on, pump brake pedal twice (then release handbrake). If successfull the light on the panel will be on.
