One thing I just learned from you. Synthetic wigs are great for the summer time, hot and humid weather. I thought these wigs shrink and get matted when frizzy. I thought human hair wigs were better for humidity....Now I'm confused. Should I try synthetic wigs (do they have lace in the front) of these wigs?

@@michelleapple1214 aww! Thank you ☺️. Despite the loss of Carl’s dad, we actually did manage to enjoy our time in Jamaica. Father-in-law was sick for a long while and it was expected. WOW, you're a stay at home wife, me too. It feels so good not to get up early and go to work and sit in rush hour traffic....Good for you honey. Please enjoy your life. Play with your wigs and just relax. You always fine such beautiful color wigs(blonde, ash blonde) under $100...very nice. Me on the other hand, I'm over here spending $300 for wigs I hate after wearing them 3 or 4 days....what a waste of money.

OK, I brought another wig...OMG. The ear tabs are long and big. Does anyone know, if I cut the ear tabs, will I destroy my wig? The ear tabs, do they go behind your ear or in the front? I place the stupid wig on, the ear tabs are digging in the back of my ear....I'm getting so frustrated.
@ActionJacklyn
@ActionJacklyn 3 сағат бұрын
Hey you! If the ear tabs are as large as you say, then you definitely have to cut them. The ear tabs should land where your side burns would naturally grow. That’s just above or at your temples. The frustrating news is YOU WILL cut away the baby hairs when you cut the lace…the good news is if you watch this whole video, you’ll learn how to cut in new ones. Your wig will turn out to be beautiful if you’re not afraid to cut into it. Let me know how it works out! 🌸 Best wishes, Jackie

Oh no @michelleapple1214! Fussing over a wig while SIMULTANEOUSLY worrying about your natural hair must be sooo difficult! I really do wish I had some advice for you in that regard. 😝 I know I’m terrible for throwing them away after a month. I’m sure I really don’t need to, but I just feel like they look so stiff! Oh! And I glue my wigs down exactly the way you do and I don’t sleep in them either. Do you wear the same wig every day? That’s typically what I do. @ActionJacklyn 16 күн бұрын
I’ve been toying with the idea of getting my browse microbladed for years! What city are you in? If I trusted someone to do them right, I wouldn’t hesitate. Several years ago (before microblading was a thing), I had my brows tattooed, and was not pleased with the results at all. I’ve been living with the ridiculous tattoo brows ever since. Fortunately, the tattoo is thin enough so that I can draw over them, but that experience jaded me. I’m afraid to do anything permanent or even semi permanent to my face ever again. Oh! And I wear nothing around the house. I just walk around bald headed until the spirit tells me to put my wig on. lol

Believe it or not, the Blake Lite wig was a bit too thin for me! The density gave me what you described earlier as “boring” hair, so I ended up adding tracks to it. Blond is your perfect hair color. Black and dark shades even light shades of brown would be too harsh for you. I have a darker complexion and my best shade is 613 . Everyone who sees me comment on how amazed they are that 613 is complementry on me. I found that black and dark colors is aging and too harsh for me. My mother put me on to blonde. We need to stop that stigma that black women should never wear blonde hair color because they desire to be white. They need to check their african roots and see that most of the tribes in that huge continent colored their hair with plants and the clay which was available to them which often identified them from other tribes. colors ranged from white,yellow ,red ,blues etc. This is almost 2025 , we need to do what works for us and make us feel good and stop those silly unfounded attacks on our sisters based on their opinons. My thing is Be You and Do You and above all show Love and Respect to one another and their choices.
