Thank you very much for this great review. However, I am confused what I really get when going into the iOS appstore and download MK Sensation Xtreme for $25. Will it sound exactly like your demo here? On the GM homepage there is also a reference to an expensive add on of 30 or 50Gb of sounds for $180..is that for the iPad or Laptop? Thank you so much for clarification.❤ PS: I have a MODX7+ … do I need MK Sensation?

This is a fantastic sound module! All you would need to play any type of beautiful music, especially gospel and worship music is all right there in MKSensation Xtreme! It’s the only module you need! It’s worth many times it’s price! If you have any type of MIDI controller, you’re good to go! May God continue to bless Jamal Hartwell and his work concerning any upgrades or improvements or additions, but right now I can’t think of one thing he could add, except some chapel organ voices or a warm beautiful String Celeste voice! That would be icing on the cake! NAClark Philadelphia PA

Great video! Can you do a video on your iPad setup and all the gear you need to run mksensation extreme live
@rickyperson49273 жыл бұрын
i have the same exact set up. here's the thing this is good for. Get you a midi controller. say an artuia for a couple hundred bucks. or any semi weighted keyboard controller and get this. that way when you gig you have every thing you need for like $800 bucks. cool. my personal thoughts are the modx you get the same sounds and can do more faster. this is great for someone who wants a decent sound at a low price. would i pay 200 again? nope. id pay 99. but i have a great keyboard. one more thing. make sure your keyboard have after touch

Hey Laurie, I'm not aware that we can sequence in MKSensation Xtreme - I understand that it is more like a sound source, sound bank. We will need another program to sequence inside of the iPad.

Can you discuss what you have hooked from the IPad ? In other words how would you run the sound from the IPad to DI box in a church or live setting.
@JorgeSilvestrini3 жыл бұрын
Hey Albert, I'm also considering using the iPad and I'd have the lightning cable connected to an interface so that I can get better outputs from the iPad rather than just the 1/8 headphone output... Then, I'd either have a Bluetooth MIDI setup from my keyboard connected to the iPad or a small 2 or 3 port USB hub. If going the USB hub route, the iPad will connect to the hub and the interface will need to connect to the hub as well, but then that will require some extra power making the setup a little bit more complicated.

AUM is a fantastic tool. I have sound set saved in it so I just plug and play at church. Assign faders to sliders on mt controller along with other functions like mute and scene changes. Being able to assign is awesome.

Man I love this version😀. I have MKSensation, the first version, but hands down the sequel to first is a definite upgrade. I recommend both versions, but that second is no joke. I purchased it this pass Monday when I found out it was on the App Store. God bless you for bring it to the IPad! I did a review of this on my channel. kzbin.info/www/bejne/al6lhoRjmKhqn9E

Great chords there sire! i need to know the application of some chords you played pretty lost please help lol
@naccordmusic73243 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the compliment ☺ The chord progression I used was in the Key of Db major. We use the number based on the scale that we are in. we will say "b" represents the flat sign. The scale Db is 1. Eb is 2. F is 3. Gb is 4. Ab is 5 Bb is 6 C is 7. If you have a basic knowledge of how chords move within a scale it will help to understand that the numbers that are in your left hand. The chord progression I played is a 1 2 3 4 6. Alternate 4 7b slide the hand over the black keys 5 (different 5s used) to 1. You can replace some of your basic chords and replace them with these. In the next few days I will create a video showing you how to do this. Stay tuned, I will be revealing how I was trained to become the musician I am today.
