I went there on Family Day long weekend, the place was so crowded people were basically running each other over in every pathway in both directions. Went to the water park \ wave pool and all 3 hot tubs, which seats like 20 people each, were packed over-full and had a 15 person line up at each, and the 10 slides had like 70 people lined up at each. It was a gongshow. If you want to sail right through all of the rides or water features, try a non-holiday week workday. If you want the crowd, go on a highly active holiday weekend like Family Day. Once they finish the remodeling for Universal Studios (early 2030's) it's gonna be constantly busy for many years. The biggest remodel since the 80's, half the mall is being 100% reshaped. Everything east of the ice rink is being torn down and turned into various new indoor roller coasters, new hotels, better parking and new food courts.
