Lovely cello playing, the emotional intensity comes through. The trading of phrasing between the cello and piano makes for a nice arrangement. It would be a JOY to hear you perform this once again with better recording tools. Thanks again for sharing.

Great performance. I learned this along with a guitar accompaniment and am now looking to play with a pianist, and am following along with the Büsser arrangement. It seems to me that you skip measures 6-9 (the first bit in tenor clef), and go straight to the pizzicato part. Just curious why you interpreted it that way? Thanks!

I will be honest. I browsed the IMSLP library and picked arrangement that is complimentary to cello and piano alike. I really like this one. We feel very connected and truly sharing the musical material. Thank you very much for your comment.

You are absolutely right about this recording. It's because of the position of the camera we used. It picks up the closest sound source and registers it first. We are obtaining new Zoom Q8 so the picture and sound will be much much better and realistic from now on. From an excellent review, we got for this concert, our balance and chemistry were astonishing. :) I very much appreciate your comment!
