Edit @ 7:55 - 3 influence on a NAF player board is a team, 4 influence on a NAF player board is an alliance ;-) And @ 21:25 Yes, a Law should have been proposed...it does not matter if there is a tie in the NC. As long as there are two factions in the NC a Law will always be proposed. Excusez moi!
