When I was learning a certain piano piece, I kept thinking of this anime, these scenes... And the time is almost a perfect fit (2:57) with this AMV: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJaQlqhvpsSsi7c (Mendehlsson's Op. 30 no.6) I'm really amazed by how it fits the atmosphere here. Even the pacing. Thanks for uploading this, it's not an anime I'd rewatch but it definitely changed me.

The novel is a masterpiece. I love the anime adaptations, but when you read the book, lines hit so hard, you get to to stop and try to breathe. Dazai was/ is so relatable in every society, no matter the year.

Actually that fear is what moved me to edit this video. I'm a artist myself and the fear of failure was a daily struggle for a very long time. Everything is possible, it just takes longer. I'm cheering for you ❤️

I had finished junji ito’s manga take on that story and even though I haven’t read it yet, I can agree. From what I’ve seen online the best way to experience the story is to read the actual book.
