I'm happy with my life and I don't have any envy. Very intelligent people can cause this negative feeling in me. Mr. Lage does that every time I hear him playing.🤣

Im 34 years old and have been playing guitar since I was about 18 years old. My first "real" electric guitar was a Japanese made Epiphone casino elitist with p90s. That guitar was really made with love and had a certain spunk to it that my more well off guitarist friends envied. Life happened and I ended up selling my guitar for a pretty amount of money for petty reasons. I stopped playing music for years until this past March when I bought a telecaster. I didn't know it could used for jazz until I heard Roy Buchanan solo to "Misty" with one. He was my inspiration for purchasing a tele and have been obsessing over the instrument ever since. Discovering Julian as a modern tele Hero has been so eye opening, creativity churning, and inspiring. One day I'll work the nerve to take the V2 mod pickups off my tele and install a p90s on the neck or buy a project squire tele to do wacky things on.

You should definitely check Ed Bickert and Ted Greene for jazz tele sounds. And good luck on your guitar journey!!

Oh, my word! Anna, what have you done? I had to remember to breathe because I lost the instinct. The dance that upholds everything, primal, almost, relentless as the heartbeat but vulnerable. Wow!
