If you prepay a mechanic and the mechanic does not order parts or does no work on your vehicle nothing happens. The justice system is unjust. The scamming mechanics have no criminal charges against them because they were given money by a customer and they didn't steal property. This is a loophole in the justice system. So now you have to take ripoff conman to court because it is a civil matter. Now you have to pay a lawyer and you are not guaranteed any money back this is an obvious flaw in the justice system. The justice system fails us and ripoff conman gets to keep ripping off and scamming people. The statue in every state has to and needs to be updated with general fraud to include all these scammers. 1 year mandatory prison sentence if convicted of general fraud. Spread the word people scammers are getting worse every year.

They will ticket every parking violation EXCEPT FOR people who park in Handicap and/or Disabled parking spots who either DOES NOT HAVE disabled plates, disabled card that hand on mirror, have fake disabled cards for mirrors, have stolen disabled mirror cards, or people who are not disabled and there using other disabled peoples card that are not even in their vehicle? You can do any shopping center, office building, apartment, street parking. Anyplace and see this happening about every 5 to 10 minutes and it’s never enforced. So, tell me why is there special disabled parking spot in the law won’t enforce them? It’s like buildings a store, and telling your customer “you can look but you can’t buy anything”.😡😡😡😡
