We are powerful beyond belief. It's how we use our minds that count!

What are your thoughts on the mind-body connection? How do you cultivate a sense of safety and regulation in your body to actually accept the new beliefs out of alignment and not ego?
@StumblingTowardsEnlightenment2 ай бұрын
When we change our thoughts and feelings, our bodies follow suit. Focusing on pain keeps the pain in place. Imagining a situation where you are free of the pain creates those feelings within us. It's what we choose to focus on that matters most. The problem is, we are conditioned to focus on the negative, and so that keeps the negative in place. The challenge is to cultivate positive points of focus and to continue to focus on the ideal picture of yourself versus the image of yourself that is in struggle.

Bottom line is change takes time it's a practice and a journey so don't expect anything to happen immediately

What type of affirmations do you feel work best?
@StumblingTowardsEnlightenment2 ай бұрын
Essentially, you want to write affirmations that resonate with you, so prioritize that. Many people write them in the present tense, from a place of 'I am' this or 'I have' this. You want to reaffirm these affirmations as true right now. Also, avoid negative words or language as the subconscious mind isn't good at differentiating negation. For example, "I am not stupid". The subconscious doesn't do a good job of detecting the word 'NOT', so you might end up telling yourself the opposite of what you want! Instead, reframe it to something like 'I am smart'. Hope that helps!

Yes, it's true. Expanding our mind and what we think about. I am also learning that enhancing our visualizations with more details and going over the scene multiple times is really powerful, so experiment with that also if you feel so inclined :)
