First AFI show I ever saw. We were in front of the stage on the right hand side. The energy was explosive in that audience, put on an absolutely outstanding show from my perspective. I'l tell ya, the only person I've ever seen actually pull off the "crowd walk" besides Iggy Pop was Davey Havok at this show. Just awesome.

The truth is yeah sting probably would have got a greater push in WWE but he's a man of character & the truth is he Is & always will be loyal to WCW you can look at it like the rock, I put my money down you will NEVER see rock in a TNA event bc even though he's retired he's not like sell out hulk hogan! No offense to Booker T bc booker had no choice he was the champ so he didn't really sellout. WWE killed what sting loved.

I'm not sure Sting was enthusiastic with the announcement that he would be the first member in the TNA Hall of Fame. Sting has always been an intelligent guy,he didn't seem overly thrilled with the proclamation. Maybe he knew, as he stood center ring on that night, that this could ruin his opportunities at a future WWE induction. For the sake of old school fans, lets hope McMahon lets this one slide. After all, it seems like TNA truly did catch Sting by surprise.

Yeah but Christian wasn't even happy that he had to be the one to come and announce Sting's induction in the first place. Pity. Had it not been for his stint in TNA, he'd probably still be floating around the WWE mid-card. Even when he was brought back, Vince initially didn't want to push him, it was only because the writers liked him that he became a top-tier guy.

@Joe Wall hey idiot, i said, if tna wants to induct active wrestlers, then the guys i mentioned paid more dues than "the stinger". including hardy, jerrett, abyss. for that mattet, put hogan in first. or do you think they chose THE BEST? next time think things through.

Big Thanks for posting this! From that unforgettable dance with Natch at Clash of Champions of yesteryear to the Bound for Glory of 2012 -its been 20+ years of great memories for me. Very much deserving of this honor and more-and the fact that he did it his own way instead of the obvious way-in terms of deciding what he will/will not do -in reference to this unforgettable character he had created(and would re-create....) & staying firm with that despite the bigger bucks offered elsewhere.

JUST A MINOR LEAGUE H.O.F. FOR WRESTLERS THAT ARENT IN THE H.O.F. AND THE KICKER IS THAT HE'S NOT EVEN RETIRED. ITS PATHETIC HOW TNA GRIPS HIS BALLS. STYLES, JOE OR MANKIND SHOULD'VE GOTTEN THE "HONOR" (LOL) BEFORE THE GREAT STINGER CONSIDERED. STING HASN'T SEEN THIS MANY PPL SINCE WCW

I just bought a ticket to the event.. It was $200 for the VIP Weekend Package. it included a ticket to Fan Fest which was $99... The ONLY way you could meet hogan though was if you bought the VIP for $200, so with that, you got your $99 ticket to fanfest, a private Meet and Greet with Hulk and Brooke Hogan, attendance to the Hall Of Fame event, then dinner at the hall of fame which was VERY GOOD.. Overall, TNA's VIP Packages are HANDS DOWN worth the Money.. THE PPV was awesome as well.

You are a idiot... Don't post on my shit again.. If you don't like STING, why the FUCK would you comment on my video? Get the fuck out of here... Sting has been ON TOP for 27 years.. If it was NOT for STING, TNA would have never lasted. STING gave the Company CREDIBILITY to land other big name stars... Dixie Carter and AJ STYLES both stated this in their speeches.. You're a moron.. Take your stupid comments to another video..

1st off, Fuck This Guy!!! He just ripped off other characters. Do you homework ppl. I wish he'd have stayed Sting but he didn't. 2nd) you should be retired when inducted. 3rd) TNA first inductee should be Styles. 4th) 2nd,Joe = H.O.F. 5th) 3rd,Abyss = H.O.F. !!!! Just so you know, I'm not a fanboy of any brand, just a fan of wrestling and what's right ! Hogan is also just a waste at this point !!!!
