Use your legs more, and drive off your pivot step. Your weight gets too forward past your knee and I’m sure your miss is left because of it

I have the original supra and when that ball was fresh it was amazing floated through the fronts and saw the backend every time

Hey biglanky bowling! just found your channel and noticed i dont see much of a slide; i also bowl 2 handed without much or a slide at all and my knee starts to hurt after awhile and was wondering if you feel the same; subscribed!

Yes absolutely I dont slide much and I have in the past struggled with a little bit of knee pain. For me what seemed to help out was beginning to not take as much of a hop step before planting my foot down. Over time my pain in my knees has started to go away by doing this!
