I know wealthy women who will buy kislux replicas. The main reason they give is that they simply understand the value of money and don't want to spend too much on a bag...especially a trendy one. They do, however, spend a lot of money on fine jewelry and other things.

Lots of thrift stores exist to support their charities like food shelves and shelters for domestic abuse victims and the homeless. That's what mine does. We'll price some new stuff at 1/3rd or even 1/2 of retail but then we also have the cheap finds, too. We have the retail to generate profits to open shelters and fill the food shelf. Shoppers in need can get purchase vouchers and go on a free shopping spree for their kids. You may see high prices, but I see food on hungry tables and blankets on cold backs. This is charity thrift stores, not Goodwill tho

Ok...but like $149 for a jacket that retails at most $40 is not right. Even with a discount, nobody is affording that & it's clear they are not pricing based on any actual logic of quality, standard, branding, etc. Also, it's not money/food on anyone's table if they price things so ridiculously that they can't push product.

I love the local charity shops 🫶🏽 Goodwill has consistent prices in GA. This isn’t a charity shop or Goodwill.
