Did you have to pair the remote to the lamp? I have the very same remote with a different brand lamp and it doesn't control anything.

Hi dear, you could send an email to the customer service of this brand to ask relevant questions. If the remote control is broken, you can ask them to resend you a new remote.

I have asked for help twice from the company (email) with no response. My lamp will not pair with the remote using the techniques listed online. My kitten unplugged the lamp while it was on and now the remote is useless.

I may need to upgrade the lamp from 9W to something brighter. I like the design but the Lumens are too low.

Mine comes with remote I have all three of these lamps and I cannot get the remote to work on any of them
