about zudio kajal , the copper shade is perfect for korean / chinese eyemake up and the rest of the products are not good , use zudio blush , its good . and about lipstick u need perfect lip shade . The worst product of zudio is lipgloss 🙄

U should use darker shades on your lips .I mean there is a a wide range of lipsticks .I think u are not liking the lipsticks on you due to the type of the shades that you have selected .The shades are unflattering for Indian skin tones but will do magic with lip liners especially the brown one .

Healthify me catered to Indian foods, or at least claimed they did. I believed them because it is such a well recieved app on the market. And it had lots of foods in its list unlike other indian apps. But it had grossly wrong values of calories for even the most basic foods in Indian staple diet. I assumed i was in deficit for months, and wasn't losing any weight. I wasn't in deficit at all!! I was eating close to maintenance most the days. I feel so sad about all the time i wasted. Good thing i didn't eat in surplus, because i was eating less than what i did before (i was a bit higher weight before) i thought i was eating under 1500 but in reality it was about 1800 or more, i cant be sure now. It's better to check the credibility of apps online. In my defence, it had correct values of most junk foods so I'd lost weight when i was mostly eating junk. And couldn't when i moved to home cooked indian meals. I measured almost everything. But didn't check if the values on the app was rignt. Its one of my biggest mistakes. Ive never felt so stupid before. I ended up wasting months!! About 3 months. I could've made a lot of progress. Its a bad bad app!!! Don't use it.
