It is a strange choice for sure. I guess because the bottom of the bag has that fixed piece of leather, having some closure on top makes sense to not have the tote gap too much. But why only middle section? I’ve also noticed the larger totes are often photographed with the corners flipped inward, maybe they left the openings so you could do that on this model as well? No idea 🙈

I didn’t see any boots last week but I plan to go again later this week. I’ll post on my Insta stories if they have the boots (and what else they might have). As for the comfort I’m not sure, that’s a new design. It looks comfortable. I have one pair of low heel ankle boots from Sézane and they are comfy. I’m hoping to add a knee high Sézane boot to my collection this Fall

I actually got an M in the Gustave to get that relaxed look! Earlier in the season I tried the Samuel (also sleeveless) in my usual size XS and it was too formal fitting for a layering piece (I returns it). I think the M is a good size to be able to put a shirt under and not feel like a sausage haha ✨

The Gaspard and Barry are usually more oversized than the Andina (but the Andina is ticker and heavier). You can take XS and it will fit well, less wide than the Gaspard or you can go up one size to S if you want slightly more oversized fit. I have XS in pink from a previous year (which is my usual size) and I tried the S at the Sézane store in SF - it still fits just a bit more relaxed drape

Hi! I’ve travelled with the Scott and I’d say it’s more structured than the Clyde and less wrinkly. I still fold it nicely (don’t throw it in a ball in my bag 😊) but it’s been good. And yes, it is somewhat water-repellent. I have been caught in a drizzle (no heavy rain) in it and it was fine. As for the Clyde, I’ve worn it mostly around San Francisco (where I live) and I guess since it’s always stored on a hanger I haven’t noticed it being wrinkled from everyday use.

Interesting. I tried the new grey in the store and this year’s S was about the size of my last year’s XXS 😮 I did order the Mocha. I’m waiting for it to come in the mail and I’ll report how does it size in comparison to last years

@zorymory maybe it depends on the color 🤔. They say on the website that they reduced the volume of the amiel so it's slightly oversized. I wish they hadn't done that 🙄

I’d say true to size. It’s a nice heavier knit. I got XS in the older pink version and this year I tried the brown at the store in S and it is also good just a bit more relaxed. So stick to usual size unless you are looking for a slightly oversized / more relaxed fit
