I've noticed that when I go over it, it is way more likely to bubble. So I try to get it done with as few strokes as possible. So basically the way you showed. I also agree with what you said about floating it, bcs in my experience, even if I thought the polish was on the dry side, if I don't float the top coat, it will sometimes drag the polish underneath.

It’s fun to see how they are similar and different and also reminds me of colors i haven’t worn in awhile. 😊 I used to be orange averse but you had so many oranges in your collections I had to try and now I enjoy wearing it, especially in summer and fall! 🍊 I think the shimmer is more apparent in Glamour because the base is darker and it contrasts more than it does in the other bases colors. 😊
