Guys, if you use relaxers, do not use the blower on your hair ever. Use rollers to dry the hair to lock in moisture, that damn blower destroys our hair. I use rollers after washing my hair and after relaxing it. My hair has grown so beautiful and healthy. I use to blow my hair and I hardly had edges, that damn blower and flat iron will fry your hair and leave you bald. Deep condition your hair, roll, roll, roll your hair, no blowers or flat iron. After taking out your rollers, use heat protector and the blower to stretch out your hair from the root only, then do a wrap with bobby pins and put on your scarf. You will see in months your hair will stop breaking and will grow so beautiful
@Roberta_Diva10 күн бұрын
Thanks for the idea. It makes sense because the heat from the blow dryer can damage your hair.😍🥰

Hello, I’ll be taking HESI a2 the first time for Chamberlain University next week, but I was wondering which version of the exam I’ll get since it’s my first time taking it. I have been watching your videos and I see that v2 is for retest. On my ProtorU, the exam that I’ll be taking is RN Amdmission Assessment 1st time tested (B). Does that mean I’ll have version 1? Thank you so much for your time!
@Roberta_Diva21 күн бұрын
I believe HESI A2 first time tested (B) means that this is the student's very first time taking the HESI A2 exam, and the specific version they are taking is the "Tester B" form, which is the second version of the HESI A2 assessment. Just let me know if you have more questions okay. Wishing you Goodluck on your exam.

Hi! Are there alot of conversions on the v1 or do you know what conversions are going to show up for V1, Im not sure what to focus on for conversions
@Roberta_Diva23 күн бұрын
There are more of fractions conversion, additions & subtraction of mixed/simple fractions...but you still need to practice ratios & proportions, word problem(few)...Hesi A2 is just basic math, okay. Don't worry, just keep practicing. You gonna make it!!👍. But what kind of conversions are you having trouble with? I'd be happy to help you practice those.
@mikhaelaangodung374924 күн бұрын
HI! Thank you so much for making this video, this helps me out so much! I have one more question, Are there alot of conversions on V1 or only like 3 or 4?:) Because I'm not very good at solving conversions.
@Roberta_Diva23 күн бұрын
What particular type of conversion are you finding difficult?. I can help you practice questions on it. To answer your questions, conversions on the V1 is more than 3 or 4. there are word problems too.... ratio and proportions, percentages, additions and subtraction of fractions/mixed fractions. FYI ....the questions I solved in this video are from v1.

@@Roberta_Diva I having so much trouble with everything for some reason like I memorize the conversions like kilograms and everything else but to actually do it in proportion form when reading a word problem i find it hard and it's like I get confused what is being asked
@mikhaelaangodung374922 күн бұрын
for example if it is asking 4 cups equals how many quarts? i dont know how to solve in proportion form for some reason even if I memorize it:/
@mikhaelaangodung374922 күн бұрын
Oh so the conversions are more of fraction conversions and proportions and percentanges rather than conversion like converting kilograms, meters, or ft, or yd, etc. Thats what I mean when i asked how many conversions, i mean the converting of weight, and the other conversion units, Sorry for the confusion haha, I hope there's not alot of that
@Roberta_Diva21 күн бұрын
@mikhaelaangodung3749 Okay, forget about putting it all in proportion since that's difficult for you to remember. Just memorize the household measurement table. Let's use the easy way...imagine since 2 Cups = 1 pint and 2 Pints = 1 quart. So, dt means 4 cups will make 2 pints, and then the 2 Pints is equal to 1 quart. The answer is 4 cups =1 quart. When I take my exam, sometimes I use logic. Just think through the questions and try to make sense out of it. Don't worry, I will make more videos about the conversation questions that came out in the exam this weekend.

And my second question is is it okay if you can make another video for the math hesi conversations that might show up on the exam? I watched all you vids, thank you so much and I love your videos:D

Hey dear, the version of the test will depend on what the school you're applying to chooses for their students. But usually, first-time test takers take Version 1. @Roberta_Diva2 ай бұрын
Yes dear, there are many products you can use. If you're looking to make your braids more relaxed and add shine to them... One option is using hair oil, which helps to moisturize your braids and give them a glossy appearance. Another product you can consider is a shine spray, specifically designed to enhance the shine and luster of your hair. Oil sheen is also another popular choice that can give your braids a shiny finish. Just remember to apply these products lightly to avoid buildup. I hope this helps!"

@@Roberta_Diva So I've been in the military and on a DOE swat team so I'm used to the "bully" type but nurses being bullies was a shock to me. You think nurses would be nice and welcoming but most aren't! They love to watch new people struggle. It's so weird that nurses eat their own! Lol 🤣 one time I wrote and apa paper on bullying in nursing. I was able to find "Bullying In Nursing" on tons of scholarly papers written by other nurses. As a man I truly think it's just how catty women are. Not too many nurses picked on me cause I'm a dude but omg I saw so many pick on other girls. That's the reason I do home health! Pays more than the hospital for less work without all the BS!
@Roberta_Diva2 ай бұрын
I apologize for the delayed response, I just finished my semester. Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective. It's disheartening to hear that there is still bullying, even in the military. I brought up this issue of nurses and workplace bullying with my professor. It's concerning to learn that it's a significant problem that may persist. I believe the Fear of speaking up and administrators disregarding complaints is commonly a major road block that contribute to the perpetuation of this issue. Infact, administrators may sometimes overlook complaints just to maintain staffing levels too probably due to nurses shortage. But it's my hope, like yours, that the nursing profession will see positive changes and more compassionate nurses who can serve as role models. Creating a supportive and respectful work environment is really important for the well-being of both nurses and patients. Well, let's keep hoping for the better and a healthier working environment for us all.

Had you followed the instructions your hair would have turned out straight. You never brush your hair during the application process. You only use your hands to distribute the relaxer and flatten it out as you go along. You also left it on for too long. As a Caucasian male who has kinky hair, I never leave it on for 45 minutes. 20-30 minutes at best even when using a relaxer for course hair.
