I think the baked pompano was better than the baked sheepshead. I've had pompano pan seared and fried before but I prefer it baked. Delicious! 🐟😀👍💯

I was thinking the same inserts to fit in a rod. You have to go to GoMexus website and see the size of the knob. I bought the 8000 with the knob already installed. I just looked on eBay and Amazon and couldn't find 12000 knob. I'll have to ask the guy who sold it to me a while back where he got it.

@rvotbeats not sure what exact chemicals they put in it but my mom swore by fried chicken with ranch the majority of her life time, at number one goto food and has dementia with now onset alzheimers. Read labels. Good luck
