A good video. Now waiting for govt to come up with PPP/BOT industrial parks along major highways.. something like 1000 acres industrial complexes with own water and electricity.. with training institutions, innovation centres, buyers & sellers markets, recreation, gated communities, eco-friendly waste management systems, matatu/bus parks, 10% trees, fruits and flowers of total acreage.
