I got it in an ealier patch before they fixed some bugs that mean the conversation leading up to it never happened. (Some other conversations were also bugged at that point.)

There is an ending for him that says he got married to the Queen, so yes, I believe you get to. (The game is still a big bugged in the later stages, so I haven't played to the end.)

Hey. How did he reject you? Did he say something about not wanting to be a distraction etc? (During the Varnhold Vanishing chapter.) Because that dialogue is supposed to happen and the romance can be continued - however, it is currently bugged. Wait for a patch (I think it will come on Monday), then do the whole Vordakai's Tomb etc and then go save Tristian first. (You have to go get him before you deal with the barbarians. You should get a dialogue option when you get him back that says "[Hold Tristian] Let me take you home." If you get that, the romance can continue. He will talk to you before your coronation and ask for a second chance. If you give him that, you will eventually get a scene where he gives you a ring, and after that, you can get the bed scene in the viceo (by simply talking to him in the capital).

Because if you did, the romance is still active. There is currently a bug that leads to a new quest with Tristian not happening, which would lead to the next part where he actually kisses you and then you can get the bed scene above. However, you can get around the bug. If you're at the Pitax war and have a quest to kill some bandits (not pirates), go do that one. Spare the bandit leader when she asks to (a neutral good option). Tristian will comment on it. Next time you go to the capital, he will walk up to you and give you a ring. Some time after that, if you talk to him in your throne room, you can ask him to spend time alone, and you get the scene above.
