The only good thing about this game is that it's single player is so lacking that it basically means it will never get torn apart by zero punctuation since he hates multiplayer games, which is such a shame, I want to see this game on that worst or blandest lists of 2024

I just came back today and wanted to make sure I wasnt crazy... this game was so good and just needed some good tweaks but i have no idea what they did to it. Such a good idea and game now waiting to be buried and forgotten.

I cannot stand the slow movement the amount of times I’m literally 1 cm off with my dash attack pisses me off even with the trash 5% movement speed perk it feels like it doesn’t do shit I’m forced to play black Adam because he has a nice dash move and forced to play iron giant because the game is that fuckin slow even my friend who never touched the game in his life the first time we played he said “why’s it slow” If that doesn’t say something idk what does they need to update that garbage ass movement

The button spam is real, all the top tier characters use the same fast unblockable moves over and over to juggle u around the entire match, and if your character doesn’t have one of those moves good luck! Now with the addition of samurai jack it’s even worse, every match has one and they can slash up the entire stage, but they won’t nerf him until the season is over and everyone bought the battle pass just to use his OP move set.

I actually love the game but the grind they made soooooooooo slow just because of greed is unacceptable. I don't want to treat this game like my second job for a month just to unlock 1 character

Just so you know, multiversus always works weird in the beginning, but after time progresses, so does the game. The game may be hateable right now, but it gets much better with every patch that comes out. Patches and content continuously come out, which makes the game better. If anyone hates on multi versus and their mechanics, go play a different game if you are so triggered.

Really good video. I think you covered most of the major things missing from the beta except attack decay (unless I missed it somewhere). In the beta the attacks would get weaker if you used them frequently, discouraging attack spamming.

I should have known that they’d screw it up even further. Why do so many platform fighters have to either be underwhelming, or pure garbage? Seriously. The only one that impressed me outside of Smash Bros, is Rivals of Aether. Which is kind of sad.

Not to mention in the beta, training had a better character select menu, and you can use the alternate skins for all of the fighters, now you can only use the ones you own.

Look, it’s all Warner bros fault. They’re corporate and greedy, First Player Games wanted to actually make a good fighting game, but since Warner bros went through them, they can’t really change or do much about the current decisions made. If you want to hate this game, hate on Warner Brothers

I don't know if you'll read this but 2 different bosses in the rift mode has soft lock glitches. In Jason's fight sometimes the gem you need to break to damage him will never break, no matter how much damage it takes. And in the Robot boss fight, if you use Jason and use his down special. THE BOSS GETS MOVED OFF SCREEN AND THE FIGHT BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE.
