Lol when you said you liked them for their cool, mature vibe and said you were starting with Dingga. I saw MMM in NY and Baltimore during the My Con world tour in 2023. The only previous time MMM had performed near me was a short set at a K-Con festival in 2016 and I suspected this might be my only chance to see the full group in concert so I decided to see them twice. I also went to Wheein's solo concert in Brooklyn earlier this year and I'll see Moonbyul in NJ and Philadelphia in the next week or so. RBW has never done much to promote MMM internationally and it took 10 years before MMM went on a concert tour outside of Asia. Their international festival appearances are nice but they're too short and fairly rare. Imo i-fans need to grab every opportunity to see them in concert cuz, as you know, they kill it live. Dingga is a slang word that means fool around and have fun. Dingga was a pre-release single from the Travel album in 2020. It was MMM's way of cheering us up while we were socially distant during the pandemic, hence the video calls, glitter masks and lines about being stuck indoors with only a fly for a friend. In the MV they fantasize about all the ways they'd like to Dingga with friends of all ages (children's games, drinking like a fish, etc). The teaser at the end is for Travel's title track Aya. Illella was the title track on the Mic On album in 2022, their last album as a full group. At the end of that year they started their only world tour called My Con. When Mic On came out I thought the title was poking fun at groups who lip sync, and maybe it was, but later when they announced the tour I realized they had the pun on My Con in mind all along. Mamamoo loves to prank and play with moomoos and they've often inserted in-jokes and riddles in their songs and MVs that only fans would understand. Their MVs almost always have multiple levels of meaning but when Illella came out I didn't see much symbolic content in the MV. The only recurrent visual theme was the various methods of transportation - bicycles, motorcycles, shopping carts, a car, a truck and Hwasa's mechanical bull lol - clues that they were going to hit the road but of course we had no idea that they were clues at the time, or at least I sure didn't. Starry Night was the first title track in Mamamoo's yearlong four album series 4 Season 4 Color, in which they released one EP per season and matched the season with a color and a stage in a four part relationship cycle. Each album included a self-composed solo song by one of the members and the teaser for Hwasa's song Be Calm was included at the end of Starry Night to introduce that part of the 4S4C project. Starry Night was the Spring/Yellow song and the relationship stage was Attraction, in this case the lingering attraction for a former lover that invades their dreams during a starry night. There's lots of cyclical symbolism and other concepts in the 4S4C series, which is the most complex, ambitious project ever done by a girl group. The best intro to 4S4C is the pre-release song Paint Me, which is the project's theme song as well as being one of MMM's vocal masterpieces.

Easiest way to explain the NCT layout is this; *NCT* (aka Neo Culture Technology) is now a 25 member group, who are typically split into 4 *FIXED* member units *(127, Dream, WayV & Wish),* meaning the members do not move around (anymore)... and 1 *NON-FIXED* unit *(NCT U),* which is basically a *"mix-n-match"* unit where any number and/or combination of any of the overall members can be on a track... just depending on who happens to fit that particular concept best. 🤷‍♀️ Could be 2 members on one song, and 9 on the next... we don't know what combo it'll be until the track drops. This is my favorite track on this EP. After that..... "FALLING" is a close second. I immediately noticed how they were standing so far apart.
