Having suffered from chronic back pain for over 12 years, I cannot emphasise enough how I COULD NOT keep moving when my back first went into spasm. I couldn’t sit, stand up straight, bend, drive, use my arms to lift a pan - the pain was excruciating. I think you should explain that about back spasms and how they are different to a ‘pulled muscle’ type of niggle. It’s terrifying not knowing whether any twist or turn may set your back into spasm again so of course people avoid exercising. My Osteopath eventually helped me understand (not cure) my problem. Also, without very strong painkillers, I would have lost my business, livelihood and home. I still suffer on a daily basis but at least I understand why. That helps. And Pilates.

I was operated with lungs cancer 2023. I was feeling cold all the time, they thoughts is the my thyroid hormone . Then started pneumonia in October and I couldn’t recover clearly.. In January I went to the government hospital at Nicosia . They kept me in for one week, and I was diagnosed later on with cancer, because of that young doctor was investigating.
