Before you get to the next fight, (IMO) its the second hardest in the game, just behind the final one. So i recommend using some level farming in shopping distroct %)

Not sure if the please explain is legit here, but in case it is: Electrode is faster than Dewgong, so every turn, Electrode would move first then Dewgong. However, Ice shard is a priority move, which means it allows the user to go first regardless of speed. So Dewgong went second on the previous turn, then first on the next turn. If Electrode had lived, and Dewgong did not use Ice shard on the following turn, Electrode would have gone twice.

I recommend heading to the safari at night and getting an encounter in the forest zone for ghost types or at daytime in the desert for gound types
