So I’m looking into getting a gbbr for the first time. I want to get the DDMK18 CGS but plan to swap out the internals to full TM (drop-in trigger box, GM EVO bolt) and plan to use GM pmags. Although being a bit costly, there shouldn’t be any issues right?

@@scpc2006 a direct hit will crack the lens. I strongly recommend a lens protector. Guns Modify makes a protector specifically for this model.

Which has a clearer glass because I play indoors where its mostly dark? The evolution gear gen II's which I heard have now much more of a clear glass than the Gen 1s or should I also get the Holy Warrior S1?

I have only personally used the Holy Warrior version. With that being said I used it in dark indoor areas without issue.

Its cheap red dot (LED)version. Actually HW has a real holographic (laser) version @ US$450, simply the duplicate with no visible red light from front view, zero parallax, non reflecting (metallic mirror coated) front element.

killer gbbr!! I was a diehard Glock gbbr guy 19 gen 3 actually because that's the closest to a p80 but I have no idea about them because I would never have anything the government cant check up on(lol) seriously same platform but when I saw the new m18 x carry I fell I love with and bought one. im not sure if vfc still makes them but its my new favorite gbbr. I also found boomarms which have a ton of stuff for them. I put a flat trigger in my 19 and its great but the sig having it from the factory it just feels dreamy. I did my own undercut and some modification to the frame for my hand but it totally impressed me. do the do a compact version with this legion package. its bueatiful and I love a metal frame. nice gbbr coming from a new sig fan. cheers

I’m really confused on how you take off the slide to do maintenance and upgrades?

Remove the magazine. On the left side of slide there is small notch next to the slide catch spot. Push the slide back so that notch and the rear of the slide catch level line up. While holding this position, push the slide catch out from the right side of the frame. You might need a small blunt tool since newer guns can be kind of tight. Push the slide catch out. Pull the slide forward to detach it from the frame.

@@Cephas858 yeah but the muzzle break doesn’t allow you to take the slide off forward. You have to remove it some way first

@@vlsparrowlv3396 the comp is attached to the outer barrel not the frame. You should be able to remove the slide once you remove the slide stop.

I use a small flat head screw driver to prevent the NPAS from rotating.

If you want to look cool move that peq all the way forward with your front sight post raised. You never run the laser back that far… 22 years infantry, reconnaissance and special operations. .

Hi there! Great build and video. I'm wondering if it's possible to remove the comp in front? Are there any difficulties in doing so? I'm either getting the normal P or P comp. But I wanna make sure with P comp, I can remove the comp easily and run it without the comp as well.

@@MrCoffee0996 the comp is really on the barrel. It would take a good amount of heat and force to get it off, at least on mine. I didn’t want to risk damaging it so I didn’t try any further. I would recommend the Staccato P instead of you want to run without a comp. Hope that helps.

@ the P has an enlarged magwell ,slightly longer slide, longer barrel. Performance wise they should be nearly identical. I say slightly because the longer inner barrel on the P will give it a very slight accuracy increase.

For sure. I didn't mention in the video that the light you are seeing is an IR light. Only visible through NVG. With that being said the IR emitter on my device could use some diffusion. Thanks for the comments. God bless!

@@Oscarjrc3 the xc has a slightly longer barrel. So slight increase in fps and marginal increased accuracy over the C2. Other than that they perform almost identically. The C2 is really compact. You can’t go wrong either one. It just depends if you like the look of one or the other.

To be honest I’m not sure. I tried a heat gun and screwing it off with some force, but it seems the comp is glued to the barrel. I didn’t want to try harder because I was afraid of causing damage.

-Great review much better than any unboxing, I have the Toxicant Spear LT, and 100% agree with everything you have said about the toxicant rifs, I have made a few upgrades, NPAS for 1 joule in Ireland etc.
