They rock. I love my Kula cloth for backpacking. And they really are great biking cause it’s so much better to be dry for biking shorts… WAY better!

@@annetterun2 could not agree more! We use them in our travel trailer too so we don’t have to deal with toilet paper in the septic. I’ve definitely used them as hot mitts at camp too 😬

I am the proud owner of no less than TEN Kulas! (How can I resist those fun and beautiful designs, plus the opportunity to design my own, or the fun ones I've been gifted, like when helping clean up the Mountain Loop Highway as part of the Kula Cloth Team's adopted highway clean-up party?!) I have one on each of my packs, day bags, fanny packs, purse, decorating my hiking gear storage area, etc! As a 50-something-year-old woman, I often have one on me "in case of emergency," and love how I can match them to whatever they're attached to! They add personal flair to your gear and always make me happy! I began hiking in 2022 after shedding a ton of weight and finding new freedom in my body, while also finding that the trail gave my brain a place to rest and find peace. Unfortunately, I also found that I typically couldn't make it through an entire hike without needing to pee, and the prospect of having to tote around unused and used toilet paper was just a bummer, so when I learned about the Kula Cloth, it was a no-brainer! Even better, I've met its amazing founder, Anastasia Allison, and have loved becoming part of the community she's created! Now I can carry my Kula and either unsnap it or just pull it while on a tether and use it while my pack is still on my back, and know I won't accidentally or carelessly become one of those who litters the trail with nasty TP that others have to stumble upon left behind be others. Become part of the movement to clean up our trails by eliminating TP, wherever possible, and get yourself a Kula! There's surely one that speaks to you (or you can create your own!!) and you'll get to be one of the "Kula kids"! Thanks for sharing tips and speaking to women's needs. I'll look forward to more content coming! In the meantime, maybe pull back a bit on the sound effects...I nearly peed myself when one of them blasted me while watching! Thankfully I have my Kulas at hand, though, to deal with little accidents.... ;-)

I have a couple Kula cloths. They are definitely better than toilet paper when hiking. I see used toilet paper on trails all the time. It ruins the tranquil experience for sure. This would have been a perfect time to talk about pee funnels. For those of us who can’t squat and pee without it running down our legs, they are a must. Happy trails!
@trailblazeherTS14 күн бұрын
TP on the trails is the actual WORST. We'll likely do something on pee funnels in the future! Definitely a good one to cover - thanks for the recommendation.
