You say cement sand ratio is 1 is to 3 but you put more in your mixture please try to explain

Due to longevity of video it can't play continuously. I think you have confusion about ratio. If 1 part of cement then 3 part of sand there. For example: For 2 cup cement it requires 6 of sand. For 3 cup cement it requires 9 cup of sand etc. I hope your doubt is clear now. Thanks.
