U should remove ur watch as well as all the accessories while working in laminar air flow and use gloves wile perfoming it

I agree. This video was made during the COVID times in the lab to teach students online and to give them a general overview about the procedure. This procedure was just for demonstration purposes to help them learn and understand from home during those tough times. There was a lack of supplies in the lab at that time and so recorded it as it is. We did not really perform any real experiment and it was a quick demonstration. Thank you for your input and it is highly appreciated.

2:38 Shouldn't we have to use distilled water dip after every step of washing 🙄 4:13 omg you need to wipe towards you in one direction otherwise the microorganisms will spread and remain there only

There's also now a GMO purple tomato from Norfolk Healthy Produce. In terms of other GMOs, there's a GMO petunia - or two at the very least out there. One, glows in the dark. The other has orange flowers, derived from corn. There is also a pothos plant, which cleans up the air. Those could be fun to talk about.

Still using mercury chloride in 2022 🙄 There are a number of alternatives that can be used for plant explant sterilization that do not produce heavy metal pollutants + exposure risk for operator. Irresponsible to promote this.
