No, not a cardio day. I don't do cardio days. This is a legday warmup for me. I've got a physical job, and I don't need to do cardio. I could run a few miles anyway, no problem. It's only because of my job, though.

I'm not up with current events, so I'm lost as to what it's about.

Hamas, a terrorist & governing group in the Gaza strip(Palestine) launched a surprise terrorist attack in Israel on one of their holidays. They murdered 1,300 civilians in cold blood. Many were women and children. Israel acted in self defense and invaded the Gaza strip. These sheeple are protesting Israel's response to the attacks. So they're basically protesting FOR terrorism.

@@wensyelj4123 The U.S is currently supplying and funding the Israeli government in its war in Palestine. These people are protesting the Israeli actions and our government's support of those actions. This commenter thinks that because the war is on the other side of the globe that protests in America are pointless. This is untrue as America is heavily invested both politically and economically in the conflict

@@wensyelj4123 Also, in order to debunk any potentially incoming claims of uselessness that I feel that it should also be stated that Palestinians in Gaza have thanked American protesters for their solidarity as this exerts serious political pressure on the current administration. I would in turn like to point out the uselessness of being mad at or offended at protests that in no way affect you or any other American citizen save for a few college students. Many on the right have used this to keep the flame of their ongoing culture war burning despite the fact that this really affects none of us. I'm not trying to make a statement on what is morally right or wrong in regards to either what is happening in Palestine right now or the American government's response thereto, I am just trying to inform and to prevent any prevent any irascible notions before they cause damage.
