I don't normally put this out there. I could so relate to Dorothy in many ways. A big difference is that I was raised in the chruch, but thats not to say I have had struggles. In high school I had an injury and at that time they used codeine and handed it out rather freely. As you can guess that lead me down a long and dark road. I did manage to make it out with the help of some amazing prayer warriers. Skip to a few years ago. My wife decided she wanted a break, which turned into something permanent. While that was going on I had a spinal cord injury. So while I was in inhouse physical therapy learning how to walk again, I was also dealing with the leagal issues of a divorce. I found a verse that has come to be my personal verse and has helped me its Isaiah 43; "18 Forget the former things; do not sewll on the past. 19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up, do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." This verse reminds me to not sit and dwell on what has been. That can be my default. This verse has come to mean so much to me that I have it tattooed on the inside of my right forearm. God gave me more motivation that I could have ever had on my own. The best the doctors ever expected was that I would walk with a walker. I no longer even walk with a cane. You can tell something happened if you see me walk, but with God's healing power I walk again. As you know you have a family of brothers and sisters that are here for you. I had to be reminded.

Unfortunately he's now under the name "Andreas Moss" rejecting God, is now gay, and makes anti christian music like "He doesn't love you" (talking about God) Definitely keep him in your prayers, It's sad to see
