I have added my info to the website, and validated. but upon adding my wife info, it gets rejected, I tried every single trick and still giving the same automated message, " The Data you entered does not match passport info" I sent an email to the support team, but no help and the reply is generic.

This is good but the dates still haven't been released. You could indicate them so people have some sense of the range and core dates. Most people, in the West at least, have to get special permission to take time off for Hajj, with lots of advanced notice (months not weeks).

But it’s automatically rejected. And Nusuk said repeatedly that the problem resolved. But it’s not. Can some one help me to resolve this problem?

After the shambles of online booking last year with Motwif, please have local travel agents from Europe involed. Hajj is not a holiday to book online. People use they life savings to go.
