It’s still there, the devastation occurred primarily near the river and other waterways… we just sent an update out today on how we can all help those in need. Donating to Samaritans Purse is a great way to help, they are local to the area and actively working on the ground!

Several years ago, I checked in to some of the lands of New Mexico and found that some areas had laws that only allowed one well per section of land. If the section where the property you are interested in already has a well, it belongs to someone else, and you are SOL.

Oh man, that is terrible if you plan to dig a well. Our research tells us you are able to have a well on your property on this area. There are other options than a well though, many of our buyers choose to have water delivered or to pick it up themselves!

The pricing changes depending on if they have a sale or not. I have earned back wayyy more than my investment at this point. It was well worth the money to get the info and to get plugged in with other people who are investing too!

This one is an off grid property. Some people use them for recreation (think atvs or animals) or want to be off grid (solar, well, septic etc)
