It's more likely that there isn't a mod menu for BBCCS 5 An Exhaustive School, otherwise I don't know. I have only found a mod menu for BBCCS 4 The Chaotic School.

Honestly I don't know all of the song names, but I've recognized a couple. The stage 3 theme is a remix of the Sonic Adventure 2 Green Forest theme, and the stage 4 theme is a remix of the Zelda 2/Super Smash Bros Melee Temple theme.
