Bryson. Just done the chemistry exam and wow. Everything you taught, you said really helped with that paper. It was good even though i had some problems remembering but I advice everyone to watch brysons videos repeatedly and start way before the exam. ( In my opinion u would even get good grades from just watching his videos only and past papers)

Mate your videos are quality, not only that but the way you structure it directly following the spec brings tears of joy into my eye. i did alevel chem for a year before switching to btec and while undoubtly btec is alot easier, with less content and nicer marking perhaps, the distinct lack of resources compared to the thousands of sites, premade notes, quizlets etc for alevel, genuinely poses a big ‘ol challenge when comes to knowing EXACTLY what you need on the exam. Im so grateful you make comprehensive videos on not just alevel but btec!! Saviour (shame u dont do bio and phys too😂)

Hi Bryson I hope you are doing well. I have been watching your KZbin videos since at the start of sixth form college. I'm still subscribed to this channel. I did BTEC Applied Science from 2020 to 2022. I want to say thank you so much for your help because without the existence of this channel, I wouldn't have no chemistry knowledge. Currently, I am in my third of university studying forensic science and after this I will be progressing to my fourth year!

hello sir can u explain me why the melting point increases as the atomic number increases in group 7
@BrysonChemistry
@BrysonChemistry Ай бұрын
All group 7 elements are diatomic and non-polar molecules. As such, they only have van der Waal’s forces of attraction between molecules. As you go down the group, the molecules become bigger and have more electrons. This means the van der Waals forces are stronger and more energy is needed to overcome these forces…this results in a higher boiling point
