I don't smoke cigs, and I'm 170lbs now, which is the same weight I was in this video. Where are you getting your information from? Even if I got morbidly obese, I would still be willing to admit that it was because I ate too much, which was my point the entire time. A fat person making that same point doesn't make it any less correct.

I think one of the things that makes Ben "cringe" as well is because the way he sees the topic is too simple and matter-of-fact. It's a far more complex thing that just "choosing not to put certain food in your mouth and chew it".

Paul gets angry if disagreed with AT ALL, till this day. They coddle him on DFF and bend over backwards to not disagree with him, except on rare occasion. He also makes EVERYTHING about himself, no matter the subject it revolves around his personal experience and feelings instead of objectivity.

Honestly Paul has become completely insufferable on DFF and the coddling environment doesn’t do him any good. I think Paul needs someone like Ben in his life to call him out on his bs because otherwise he acts like a teenager with anger issues.

I know this video is super old and all, but while I agree with Paul that there are several factors that can affect your weight, at this point of his life, he could have easily lost weight. He was and still is a podcaster who sits around talking at the camera. He no longer worked 70hr weeks at Starbucks or whatever other job he worked. All these excuses are more understandable if you're one of those people who works all day and doesn't have the time or energy to cook and eat healthy .
